Fees: CONTRIBUTORY PARENT (PERMANENT) VISA SUBCLASS 143

The subclass 143 visa fees are prescribed by the Department of Home Affairs and are payable on the lodgement of your 143 visa application. From time to time the fees are updated by the Department, Results Migration will advise at the time of your free consultation.

  • If applicant is holder of subclass 173 Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa at time of application; or
  • Applicant has been holder of 173 visa and now holds a substituted subclass 600 visa; or
  • Applicant held a 173 visa in the 28 days immediately before making the application; or
  • Applicant’s application combined or sought to be combined, with application made by a person satisfying the above requirements

$19,420 second instalment payable before visa grant

  • Applicant has been the holder of subclass 173 Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa; and
  • provides Minister with evidence that compassionate and compelling circumstances exist for person to be considered to be the holder of a 173 visor for purpose of the application; or
  • Applicant’s application combined or sought to be combined, with application made by a person satisfying the above requirements
